Gluten free Muffin
Healthy Snack and right fit savoury filling
Ingredients
- 2 cup of gluten-free flour blend
- 2 large eggs or 2 ice cube flexseed gel
- 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
- 1 and a half cup of sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven 180c(350f)and prepare a muffin tray.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs and milk, then combine with dry ingedients.
- Pour batter into muffin cups and bake for 18-22 minutes.
